​Rancho Dominguez, California (October 6, 2025) Motivo was founded in 2010 by three engineers in a garage. 15 years later it has grown to almost 100 people with multiple locations, and footprints in a wide variety of industries. The Motivo team has excelled at solving increasingly complex engineering challenges with deep expertise in electro-mechanical projects.

Earlier this year, Motivo moved their headquarters to a new facility that has 82,000 square feet to allow for bigger projects and additional growth. This is the third time Motivo has outgrown a facility.

October and November will be especially busy with Motivo engineers and business leaders attending multiple conferences to meet with past, present, and prospective clients and to keep abreast of the latest trends.

Motivo CEO Allen Goad noted that, “With our clients spread across diverse industries, we need to keep up with trends such that we can continue to engineer optimal solutions. The SEMA Show is especially fun for us as we have been invited back to participate on their FutureTech stage.
